LEGOLAND New York Resort becomes Certified Autism Center GOSHEN, N.Y. (NEWS10) — LEGOLAND New York Resort has become the latest attraction to become a Certified Autism Center. When the 2023 season opens on March 31st, every ride will have a sensory guide for attractions with bright lights or loud sounds to help accommodate kids on the spectrum. Phillip Carter, 37, is behind bars in connection with the rock-throwing incidents. He was booked into jail Friday after being questioned in the investigation, according to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. SLMPD says warrants will be applied at the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office.

The victim told police he was starting to work on his girlfriend's son's car when he went inside the home to find the proper equipment. The son, along with another woman, entered the victim's home while he went inside.
