Aviation Mall hosting 'shred day' this weekend QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (NEWS10) - This weekend, come to the Aviation Mall to get shredded - or rather, get your old documents shredded. The Aviation Mall is once again hosting a shredding event on Saturday, Sept. 16, and inviting all to bring their stuff. Get the latest news, weather, and sports delivered right to your inbox! Those looking to take part in shredding can arrive at the mall's front east parking lot (in front of the food court) from 9 to 11 a.m. Any documents will do, including junk mail, tax returns, checks, files, folders, and personal information of just about any kind. The shredding is run by Utica-based document management company ConfiData.Participants can bring as many as five boxes of documents. Boxes cannot exceed 24" x 12" x 10 1/4" in size. CSU Rams will start Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi vs. CU Buffs in Rocky Mountain Showdown FORT COLLINS — In his biggest game as CSU Rams coach, Jay Norvell just made his biggest call.Norvell announced Monday morning that Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi will start for the Rams at quarterback at against No. 18 CU in the Rocky Mountain Showdown at Folsom Field.“I just felt like the timing was right for Brayden to get that opportunity,” said Norvell, who brought Fowler-Nicolosti in to replace Clay Millen in a 50-24 season-opening loss to Washington State two weeks ago. “I’m not blaming Clay, by any means.”Fowler-Nicolosi started CSU’s win at Nevada last year while Millen was recovering from an injury. Hit-and-run driver possibly tied to 3 Huntington Beach bike crashes, including fatal incident Three bicyclists were struck by a vehicle in Huntington Beach Sunday night, including one who died. Now, authorities believe the same suspect might be responsible for all three incidents and that the crashes may have been intentional.The first incident was reported around 10:30 p.m. in the area of Brad Avenue and Edwards Street, Huntington Beach police said.The victim told responding officers that he was riding his bicycle on Edwards Street when a vehicle “intentionally sideswiped” him before driving off, police said. The victim suffered minor injuries, was treated at the scene and was eventually released.Around 15 minutes later, authorities received reports of a downed bicyclist near Heil Avenue and Springdale Street. Officers found the bicyclist lying in the street with major injuries. The victim died at the scene, “despite the efforts of the paramedics,” police said.Police then got wind of another incident that had occurred earlier.
