DENVER (KDVR) — There will be increasing clouds in Denver's weather through the overnight hours, with Friday set to bring mild conditions in the city and the start of snow in the mountains.There are advisories for travel in the high country from Friday through Saturday, as snow in the mountains could be measured at more than a foot by late Saturday. ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) -- A 69-year-old woman was able to thank the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office deputies who helped save her life after she went into cardiac arrest. Shirley Bennet went to the Arapahoe County Courthouse last month for jury duty. The next thing she remembered is when she woke up in the hospital days later."I went through a crisis totally unexpected and God sent angels with skin and invisible wings that happen to be in this place at this time for such a time as this," Bennet said."I remember walking outside and sitting on a bench and I remember waking up four days later," Bennet said. 5 platforms you should change your password on Bennet went into cardiac arrest outside one of the courtrooms. Police said they have made four arrests and have detained a fifth person in connection to the shooting of a Miami-Dade Police narcotics officer who was making an arrest in Miami, including the man who pulled the trigger.Thirty-two-year-old Steve Gallon IV will be charged with attempted murder of a law enforcement officer with a firearm. Authorities seek the public’s help in their search for an elderly man who went missing in Deerfield Beach.According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit, 75-year-old Robert Louis Cromwell was last seen in the area of 15 Harwood A, at around 11 a.m., Wednesday.He stands about 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs around 190 pounds, and has white hair and brown eyes. Investigators did not specify what he was last seen wearing.Cromwell’s family told detectives that he lives with a mental health condition.Investigators believe Cromwell is driving a gray 2005 Ford Explorer with the Florida tag DV6685H. It was a close call for an elderly woman who drove her SUV into a dog grooming business in Hallandale Beach.Hallandale Beach Police and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue units responded to the scene of the crash at Pawfect Cut Grooming Spa along the 1100 block of East Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Thursday afternoon.The woman involved drove her Hyundai Kona the parking block and slammed into the glass storefront. Investigators have offered a reward as they search for a suspect who officials said robbed a U.S. Postal Service letter carrier in Randolph on Thursday. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service said the worker was approached from behind while in the vicinity of Canton Street delivering mail around 1:50 p.m. Officials said the suspect fled on foot after robbing the letter carrier. One of several passengers who helped subdue a Leominster man accused of trying to open an exit door before attacking a flight attendant recently recalled the tense moments aboard the United Airlines flight to Boston on Sunday. Jeff Neil of Exeter, NH spoke to 7NEWS on Thursday, hours after Francisco Severo Torres was ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation following a court appearance. Neil said he opted to make a move to subdue Torres when “it was clear that he was not going to calm down.”Cell phone video of the incident shows Torres shouting threats before rushing toward flight attendants. Prosecutors have said Torres tried to stab a flight attendant with a broken spoon. Ten people are facing charges after a fight last month following a basketball game between Nashua North High School and Manchester Memorial High School, local officials announced.
