Fisher catches record-breaking freshwater drum in Illinois CHRISTIAN COUNTY, Ill. - One man made the most of his Illinois bowfishing experience earlier this year, breaking a years-long state record. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources says Phillip Albert broke a state record for the heaviest freshwater drum on Feb. 20. He caught a nearly 20.25-pound fish on Sangchris Lake in Christian County. Trending -- Students and teacher rally around fired Webster Groves teacher Albert broke an Illinois bowfishing record for a freshwater drum from 2017. His fish weighed nearly half a pound larger. His fish was mostly white with some pinkish fins. For bowfishers, this is the first record to come from Sangchris Lake, which is about half an hour south of Springfield, Illinois. County ATM break ins: FBI Two men are being sought by the FBI after allegedly breaking into at least three ATMs in Los Angeles County.Authorities released images of the men earlier this week showing an incident that occurred on Wednesday in Torrance.In that incident, the men allegedly got into a CTBC Bank ATM located at 21705 Hawthorne Blvd. around 1:45 a.m. A silver sedan was seen driving away just moments later.FBI officials said the suspects are also tied to similar heists that occurred the same morning at 56 E. Durfee Road in Arcadia and 9502 Las Tunas Drive in Temple City.Authorities did not release any additional information about the three incidents or the suspects.

At least one hospitalized after fight breaks out at Valencia High School  A fight at Valencia High School sent one individual to the hospital and brought a large police presence to the campus on Friday morning. Deputies with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department at the Santa Clarita Station responded to the school around 10:30 a.m. for a call regarding a fight between students. Authorities broke up the fight shortly after arriving at the high school and transported one person to the hospital in an unknown condition.  Parents upset over fights breaking out at Riverside schools No other injuries have been reported.The cause of the fight is under investigation.
