TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Singer, songwriter, and actress Taylor Dayne is coming to Troy. She is set to perform at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall on November 3 at 8 p.m. Get the latest news, weather, sports and entertainment delivered right to your inbox! This following a lawsuit by a group of New York military vets claiming OCMs procedures for those interested in a retail license precluded themselves and others from applying. GREENWICH, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Greenwich man was arrested for allegedly having sexual relations with a female under the age of 17. Matthew A. Moses, 34, is facing charges of rape in the third degree, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child. ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A woman accused of firing a shot at Hollywood Casino over the weekend reportedly claimed it happened as a "celebration of life." Prosecutors have charged Razara Kelly, 20, with one count of unlawful use of a weapon by shooting at a building in the investigation. 5-year-old girl shot and killed in Belleville, Illinois According to court documents obtained by FOX 2, Kelly pulled her car into the main roundabout area in front of the Hollywood Casino in Maryland Heights, got out of the car holding a pistol and fired one shot at the building. Two wildfires were expanding and had burned across more than 700 acres of dry U.S. National Forest and wilderness terrain Tuesday morning in southwestern Colorado, north of Pagosa Springs.Firefighters with air support were planning to suppress both fires, federal officials said.The 560-acre Quartz Ridge fire was burning inside the South San Juan Wilderness, according to data on a federal fire information website.It was discovered on Aug. 5 and was expected to stay in “a very remote location” in the wilderness. Two electric vehicles were destroyed when they caught fire outside a La Habra home Tuesday morning.The fire was reported just before 2:30 a.m. at a home in the 2500 block of Greenbrier Lane. A shooting in Pasadena left a woman wounded Tuesday morning.Gunfire was reported in the 1 a.m. hour, and when officers arrived at the 2000 block of North Fair Oaks Avenue, they found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound, according to the Pasadena Police Department.She was taken to a local hospital, and her condition is unknown.
