BOSTON — The Wild have earned some impressive victories since ending a seven-game losing streak and beginning play under new coach John Hynes last month.Right out of the gate, they drilled four straight opponents for their first four-game winning streak of the season. They shut out Seattle on the road, and earned back-to-back shootout victories over Calgary and Vancouver without two injured blue line leaders. But Tuesday’s 4-3 victory over the Boston Bruins at TD Garden might have been their most impressive performance since Hynes began coaching the team on Nov. 28.Kirill Kaprizov scored twice, tying the game early in the third, then winning it in overtime, and Marc-Andre Fleury was magnificent as Minnesota rallied from a third-period deficit to beat the Atlantic Division leaders.“Nobody panicked,” said Fleury, who stopped 40 shots in what might have been his last appearance in Boston. “Maybe if it was earlier in the season, we might have tensed up a little bit. But it was good. Ther...LGBTQ community rallies around south city bar following crash

The Colorado Rapids selected their players in Tuesday’s 2024 Major League Soccer SuperDraft with the mindset that it was a once-in-a-burgundy-and-blue-moon opportunity. After much wheeling and dealing, the draft ended with three of the first five picks in Colorado colors.Armed with advantageous rule changes and a clear strategy, Colorado had three picks in the top 15 for the first time since 2000. It first selected Duke sophomore midfielder Wayne Frederick with the No. 2 overall pick, added Generation Adidas striker Kimani Stewart-Baynes out of Maryland at No. 4, and later sent $250,000 in 2024 general allocation money (GAM) to Austin FC to acquire the rights for Washington center back Nate Jones. The new draft rules implemented in October made sophomores and juniors draft eligible for the first time, expanding the eligible list to nearly 400 athletes. Ye, aka Kanye West, is taking a hefty financial hit in listing a beachfront Malibu home he purchased in 2021 for $57.3 million, according to multiple reports. The 4,000 square foot, four-bedroom property was designed by famed Japanese architect Tadao Ando. While there aren’t a lot of Ando-designed homes in the United States, his name might ring a bell. The Japanese architect designed a house in the Paradise Cove area of Malibu, aptly nicknamed Billionaires’ Row, that was purchased by Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z for $200 million earlier this year. That sale was billed as the most expensive home ever sold in California. But back to Ye’s Malibu home, which he has decided to sell for $53 million after having the property gutted for a remodel. “What’s missing are the interiors,” celebrity real-estate agent Jason Oppenheim told The Hollywood Reporter. The Selling Sunset real-estate broker is listing West’s house exclusively. He told the entertainment outlet that whi...Brandin Podziemski ruled out of Celtics game with back injury

He headed into the locker room before halftime and didn’t return to the court.Podziemski, 20, started each of Golden State’s last four games. He has blossomed into a rare, reliable rookie contributor for the Warriors, with teammates gushing over his basketball I.Q. and effort. When Podziemski got injured on Tuesday night, he had tallied five points, five rebounds and an assist in 16 minutes.“Some of the stuff that he does, you can’t teach,” Stephen Curry said of Podziemski on Dec. 16. “There’s a feel. Everything you just said — being in the right place, anticipating plays, hustle.
